20 April 2017 Beyond birdwatching

As some readers of this blog may know, I have a monthly column in Bird Watching magazine entitled Beyond birdwatching. With images and words, it seeks to convey, month by month, the wonder of wildlife without feathers. There are dragonflies and butterflies and moths. There are reptiles and amphibians and mammals. There are plants and beetles and all manner of wacky stuff. All targeted for the month in question. The May 2017 issue of the magazine has just hit the news stands. Here is my article.
